DESCRIPTION:Economic boycotts are a time-tested tool communities can use to
	 hold powerful entities accountable. Just as importantly\, we can also red
	irect our money toward businesses that share our values. Local Business fo
	r a Free DC is a program to build support for and among local businesses t
	hat support DC Home Rule and oppose federal attacks on our communities. Jo
	in us to canvass businesses in South Dupont/West End and invite them to pa
	rticipate in this program. We’ll start with an interactive training for ne
	w folks before setting off in pairs. Register below to join. To attend the
	se canvasses\, it is ideal if you have attended a Free DC orientation . If
	 you haven’t attended one by the time of the canvass\, we will be sure to 
	pair you up with someone who has!
